Atlantic County’s Division of Public Health is seeking a qualified consultant to guide the county health department through the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) accreditation process and the PHAB Pathways Recognition tracks. The consultant will assess current policies, develop strategic and workforce plans, align emergency‑preparedness protocols, and produce quality‑improvement frameworks to meet PHAB standards.
