Description:
The State of Idaho's Division of Purchasing is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide and manage an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system to track Medicaid Personal Care Services and Home Health Care Services. The system should be able to electronically verify visits and provide real-time data to the state. The contract will be for a period of 24 months, with four phases of implementation. The Offeror should have experience in providing similar services and should be able to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements of the state. The evaluation criteria include qualifications and experience, approach, obstacles and challenges, pricing schedule, oral presentations, key personnel interviews, and product demonstrations. • The scope of work includes the implementation of an EVV system, training and support, and maintenance and operations. • The Offeror should have experience in providing similar services to Medicaid programs. • The contract will be a fixed-unit-cost contract, with payments made upon completion of phases. • The Offeror should be able to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements of the state and provide a detailed plan for implementation.
