The State of Idaho's Division of Purchasing is issuing this Request For Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide and manage an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) System to electronically track Medicaid Personal Care Services (PCS) and Home Health Care Services (HHCS) provided to Medicaid Members. The scope of work includes the implementation of an EVV system, provider interface, and ongoing operations and support services. The contract will be a fixed unit cost contract, and the offeror's total overall cost will be determined using a formula provided in the RFP. The evaluation criteria include qualifications and experience, approach, obstacles and challenges, pricing schedule, oral presentations, key personnel interviews, and product demonstrations. • The EVV system must be able to track Medicaid PCS and HHCS provided to Medicaid Members. • The system must be able to provide real-time data and analytics. • The system must be able to integrate with existing systems and interfaces. • The offeror must have experience in implementing similar systems. • The offeror must have a strong approach and timeline for the project. • The offeror must be able to identify and mitigate risks and challenges.
