FCI EL RENO FY 26 4TH QTR EGGS

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, El Reno, Oklahoma, is seeking a contractor to provide eggs for the 4th quarter of fiscal year 2026. The contract will be for a firm-fixed price, and payments will be made via government purchase card for awards at or below $10,000.00, or by electronic funds transfer for awards above $10,000.00. The contractor will be required to deliver eggs to the Federal Correctional Institution, 4205 Highway 66 West, El Reno, OK 73036, on a weekly basis, with 13 deliveries scheduled from July 7, 2026, to September 29, 2026. • The NAICS code for this requirement is 311999, with a size standard of 500 employees or less for small business concerns. • The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2020-07. • The contract type will be firm-fixed price, and the Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation based on price. • All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. • Faith-based organizations and Community-based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
