Snow Removal. Deicing, and Post Storm Sweeping Services - Zones 2 and 4

Henrico County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive snow‑removal, de‑icing, and post‑storm sweeping services for its Zone 2 (West II) and Zone 4 (East I) facilities. The contract is non‑exclusive, annual, and renewable up to four additional one‑year terms. The contractor must supply all equipment, personnel, and consumables (salt, sand, calcium‑chloride ice‑melt) and maintain 24‑hour coverage for critical locations.
