Current Year Light Duty Pickup Trucks and Autos

The State of Minnesota is seeking proposals for the provision of current model year light duty pickup trucks, automobiles, and other electric vehicles. The contract will be for an initial term of 11 months, with the option to extend for up to 48 months. The State is looking for responders who can provide vehicles that meet the specifications detailed in the solicitation, and who can receive and process up to 100 vehicles at any one time. The evaluation process will consider factors such as price, specifications, and past performance. Some key points to note include: • The State will consider responses for makes, models, or brands that have comparable quality, style, and performance characteristics. • All vehicles offered must be the latest production with new equipment and must include Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment and OEM available options. • Responders must submit a written response and supply all requested content, including specifications, cost detail, and sample transaction documents. • The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses, and to negotiate with the highest scoring responder. • The contract will be awarded based on best value, as determined by the evaluation process.
