Exhibit Booth Design and Construction Services

The Arizona Office of Tourism is seeking a contractor to design, fabricate, install, and dismantle an exhibition booth for the U.S. Travel Association's IPW event in Fort Lauderdale, FL, from May 17-21, 2026. The booth should serve as a high-impact, professional space for AOT and its partners to conduct B2B meetings and promote Arizona as a premier global travel destination. The contractor will be responsible for designing and constructing the booth, managing logistics, and ensuring compliance with IPW Marketplace Hall Rules and Regulations. The contract term is 12 months, and the total aggregate spend should not exceed $100,000. Key requirements include: • Designing and constructing an exhibition booth that fits within a 10 ft. x 30 ft. rectangular space • Providing consultation services for booth design and managing all booth design and construction elements • Ensuring accurate documentation of all costs related to the event • Submitting a design plan that includes a floor plan, side elevation, and proposed graphics/display reflecting the State of Arizona brand • Accommodating at least ten individuals in the booth • Providing on-site support for assembly and dismantling of the booth
