The City of Minneapolis is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a complete “restack” renovation of Room 121 in the historic City Hall building, including demolition, new finishes, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire‑protection, and optional conversion of a changing room to a shower restroom.
