Telecommunications Service

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is conducting market research to identify potential vendors that can provide telecommunications services to the Kayenta Service Unit. The services required include voice and data communication services, digital channel services, and technical support. The contractor will be responsible for providing an available telecommunication infrastructure for the delivery of services surrounding Kayenta Service Unit Programs. The contract is anticipated to be for a base period of one year, with four option years. The contractor must comply with all FCC and telecommunications regulations, IHS cybersecurity requirements, and HIPAA-related expectations. • The contractor shall provide telecommunication services for the Kayenta Health Center, Inscription House Health Center, and the Dennehotso Health Station. • The contractor shall deliver the following services: continuity and resiliency in telecommunication services for voice and data networks, monthly invoicing, technical support, and hardware or software assessments, replacement, and repair. • The contractor must be an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). • The contractor must provide a capability statement that includes company information, points of contact, and business size and socioeconomic status.
