There are two proposed site locations: Boombah Sports Complex Area and Downtown Sanford Area. Potential uses for these sites include hotels, restaurants, entertainment districts, and healthcare facilities. • The County is seeking information on potential economic development projects for the two site locations. • The goal is to identify high-value uses and attract qualified developers. • The County will evaluate proposals based on their ability to meet the County's requirements and provide the best value. • The evaluation process will include a review of each proposal, scoring, and selection of a short list of proposers for additional evaluation.
