The U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC) seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive information‑systems engineering and information‑technology support services under the Total Engineering and Integration Services (TEIS) IV program. The effort covers the full lifecycle of Army information and communications systems—including planning, design, development, engineering, implementation, procurement, logistics, testing, sustainment, and eventual retirement—across worldwide locations, some of which may be remote, hostile, or highly secure. Tasks are performed under individual task orders and may involve engineering surveys, system design, cybersecurity, integration/installation, test and evaluation, software support, project management, network administration, and technical instruction. The contractor must supply qualified personnel, equipment, tools, and all required deliverables (drawings, reports, quality‑control plans, safety plans, etc.) and comply with a extensive set of Army, DoD, and industry standards.
• Full‑life‑cycle IS engineering & IT support for USAISEC
• Worldwide task‑order execution, including remote/hostile sites
• Engineering surveys, design, integration, testing, cybersecurity, documentation, training, and project management
• Mandatory compliance with Army Regs (AR 25‑1, AR 380‑5, etc.), DoD policies, NIST, NFPA, TIA, and other standards
• Contractor provides all labor, equipment, tools, TMDE, and required safety/quality plans
• Reporting via eCMRA and regular In‑Progress Reviews (quarterly)
• Security clearances and handling of classified material required
