ON-CALL ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The Pease Development Authority is seeking a qualified electrical contractor to provide on‑call electrical maintenance, repair, and modification services across multiple airport and port facilities in southern New Hampshire. The contractor must be able to respond 24/7 to emergencies, maintain required security badges, and comply with FAA, TSA, and environmental regulations. The work includes routine troubleshooting, upgrades to meet code requirements, occasional primary‑feed modifications, and support for airport operations such as runway lighting and baggage‑handling equipment. • Provide labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for installation, repair, and modification of electrical systems on an on‑call basis. • Cover multiple sites: Pease International Tradeport (airport), Pease Golf Course, Skyhaven Airport, and Division of Ports and Harbors facilities. • Maintain 24/7 readiness: answer calls within 1 hour, be on‑site within 2 hours, and keep two project managers continuously SIDA‑badged. • Follow strict airfield safety and wildlife protection rules; manage FOD, report wildlife, and avoid work in protected sandpiper areas during specified seasons. • All prices must be firm‑fixed for the 3‑year contract (possible two 1‑year extensions) and include all badge, insurance, mileage, and overhead costs.
