Selection of A/E Design Firm – Waterloo RC Addition/Alteration

The Iowa Department of Public Defense (on behalf of the Iowa National Guard) is seeking a licensed architecture/engineering firm to provide full professional design services for the addition and alteration of the Waterloo Readiness Center. The work is a Title I MILCON design effort covering site investigation through construction‑document production, including compliance with DoD Unified Facility Criteria, sustainability guidelines, and antiterrorism standards. The solicitation requires phased submittals (schematic, conceptual, preliminary, final) and separate technical and cost proposals.
