Shop Towel Lease and Laundering Services / Iowa National Guard

The Iowa National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide shop towel lease and laundering services at various National Guard Armories throughout the state of Iowa. The contractor will be required to deliver high-quality, durable, and reusable industrial shop towels, and exchange them on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. The contractor will also be responsible for replacing lost or damaged towels and providing a joint inventory of all towels. The contract will have a base period of 12 months and four 12-month option years. The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable installation/facility access and local security policies and procedures. Key aspects of the job include: • Delivering and exchanging shop towels on a regular basis • Replacing lost or damaged towels • Providing a joint inventory of all towels • Complying with all applicable installation/facility access and local security policies and procedures • Maintaining an adequate workforce for uninterrupted performance of all tasks • Ensuring quality control and quality assurance
