Description
The Washington County Fair in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional staging equipment rental services for the 2026-2028 fairs. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying, delivering, setting up, and dismantling staging equipment to support various events and performances during the fair.
• The proposal must be received by 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
• The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements.
• All proposers must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board prior to submitting proposals.
• The County’s electronic solicitation portal can be accessed at www.washcopurch.com/biz.
