SCENIC PROJECTORS (HILLCREST HIGH SCHOOL)

The Canyons School District is seeking bids for the installation of a scenic projector system in the Hillcrest High School Auditorium. The system will include front projection onto an existing back cyclorama curtain, with projectors hung from the 4th electric. The bid must include all necessary hardware, configuration, testing, and installation. The project requires a mandatory pre-bid conference site walkthrough, where additional project details and site-specific requirements will be provided. The bid must be submitted electronically, and the award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Some key requirements of the project include: • Furnishing and installing all necessary hardware for the scenic projector system • Configuring, testing, and placing the system into operational service • Projectors must be hung from the 4th electric with short throw or ultra short throw lenses • Projection control will be located in the lighting control booth • All cabling must include sufficient service loop/slack to allow the electric to be safely raised and lowered • Equipment mounting locations must minimize visual impact to the audience • Suppliers must provide pricing for all bid line items and meet the specified eligibility requirements.
