The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI) is seeking a qualified architecture and engineering (A&E) firm to provide full professional services for a two-campus building development project. The project includes the design and engineering of four buildings, with three approximately 1,000 square feet each and one approximately 5,000 square feet. The selected firm will provide comprehensive A&E services from project conception through construction administration. Key services include site evaluation and analysis, schematic design, construction documents, cost estimating, and bidding assistance.
