Wood Poles

The City of Nixa is issuing a Request for Bid for the procurement of Wood Poles. The City is seeking bids for the supply of 35ft Class 3 and 45ft Class 1 wood poles, with estimated quantities of 15 and 5 respectively. The poles must be Southern yellow pine, Penta treated, WQC Inspected, and meet RUS Specifications. The bid must include the price per pole, with freight included in the cost. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. • The bid must be submitted electronically through the online bidding system. • The bid must include all required attachments and documentation. • The City will evaluate bids based on price, delivery lead times, and specifications. • The bid award will be made to the vendor with the lowest cost per pole. • The contract will be awarded for a period of time to be determined by the City. • The vendor must agree to comply with all requirements and specifications contained in the RFB and the Terms and Conditions.
