RFP HIGHWAY AND AVIATION DEICER Price Schedule Addendum 1

The State of Vermont is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies to provide Highway and Aviation Deicer. The deicer should be a blend of Liquid Magnesium Chloride with and without an Organic Based Performance Enhancer (OBPE). The product must meet specific specifications, including being on the Clear Roads Qualified Product List and having a certain concentration of MgCl2. The contractor will be required to provide test data annually and upon request, and to make arrangements for sufficient supply during the contract period.
