Independent Contractors for Texas Curriculum Management Program Cooperative

The Education Service Center Region 13 (ESC Region 13) is seeking qualified independent contractors to provide services related to the Texas Curriculum Management Program Cooperative. The selected contractors will provide specialized support aligned exclusively to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) work. Services may include development, revision, and alignment of resources to TEKS, technical assistance, content expertise, and guidance to ensure TEKS fidelity and compliance. • The contract term is up to 5 years, with the initial term beginning on the date of award and expiring on August 31, 2026. • The contract may be renewed for successive one-year terms. • The solicitation will remain open for continuous submission, evaluation, and potential award throughout the initial contract term and any renewal periods. • ESC Region 13 reserves the right to cancel the contract, in whole or in part, without penalty if funds are not appropriated or otherwise made available.
