Independent Contractors for Education-Related Services

The Education Service Center Region 13 (ESC Region 13) is seeking qualified independent contractors to provide education-related services. The selected contractors will provide support for a range of educational programs and initiatives, including technical assistance, curriculum resource development, and strategic guidance. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to five additional years. The contractors will be expected to produce deliverables, such as written reports and implementation tools, and will be required to maintain insurance coverage commensurate with the nature and level of risk associated with the services provided. • The contract will be awarded based on the vendor's qualifications, experience, and pricing. • The vendor will be required to submit a pre-service affidavit and conflict of interest questionnaire. • The vendor will be expected to comply with all applicable federal regulations and laws. • The contract will be renewable for up to five years, with the option to extend for an additional year. • The vendor will be required to provide services in accordance with the Texas Education Agency's standards and initiatives.
