• Meet performance targets: ≥ 90 % STAT TAT compliance, ≥ 99 % system availability, and reduce STAT late‑report rates to ≤ 10 % within 12 months.
• Deliver secure, VA‑compliant technical integration (DICOM, HL7, VPN/BPG) and extensive monthly/quarterly reporting.
