RFQ: National Western Center Triangle Sitewide Design Services On-Call

The City and County of Denver’s Department of Transportation & Infrastructure is seeking a qualified firm to serve as the on‑call Triangle Sitewide Designer for the National Western Center. The firm will refine the overall site plan and develop horizontal infrastructure designs, while coordinating design work for upcoming facilities such as a new arena, parking garage, central utility plant, affordable housing, and renovations to the existing arena. • Focus on site‑plan refinement and horizontal infrastructure (roads, utilities, GES connections). • Provide design collaboration for multiple future facilities within the Triangle campus. • Must respond to a pre‑submittal meeting (July 7) and may attend an optional site visit (July 10). • Questions due by July 28; final Phase 1 submittals required by August 12 through BidNet. • MWBE participation goal of 21 % and compliance with City minimum‑wage requirements.
