Concession Services at AJ Holloway Sports Complex

The City of Biloxi is seeking proposals for concession services at the AJ Holloway Sports Complex. Proposals must meet all criteria established in the specifications, which are available online at www.biloxiplans.com and in the Purchasing Office, City Hall. The selection committee will review each proposal and select a qualified firm to begin negotiation of a contract. Performance is intended to begin in January 2026. • The proposal should include concession experience, menu, menu cost, concession fee, and consistency with City objectives. • The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any part of any or all proposals based on a highest and best proposals determination. • Proposals must be received before 10:00 a.m. on December 17, 2025. • All persons having a contract with the City of Biloxi must adhere to the City's policy concerning non-discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
