Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to replace its out‑of‑service Unetixs Vascular Multilab Series II LHS system, which is no longer supportable due to end‑of‑life hardware and an obsolete Windows XP operating system. The new solution must meet current VA security standards (Windows 10 or later) and provide full functionality for vascular imaging in radiology departments serving Utah’s Salt Lake and Tooele counties. The contract will be awarded under the Service Contract Act, requiring compliance with prevailing wage determinations and related labor standards.
• Replace the legacy Vascular Examination Equipment with a modern, VA‑approved system.
• Ensure compatibility with Windows 10+ and VA cybersecurity requirements.
• Provide installation, training, and warranty support as required by VA regulations.
• Perform work at VA facilities located in Salt Lake and Tooele counties, Utah.
• Comply with Service Contract Act wage determinations (Wage Determination No. 2015‑5489).
