Description
The City of Seabrook is seeking competitive sealed bids to supply, deliver, install, and commission a skid‑mounted, sound‑attenuated backup pump system (DRI‑Prime) for the Main Street Lift Station. The scope includes a 12‑inch × 10‑inch pump, a natural‑gas‑engine drive (Zenith ZPP TA‑6120, ~321 HP), a fully automatic priming system, a mechanical‑seal arrangement, a sound enclosure reducing noise to ≤70 dBA, control panel with PrimeGuard digital controller, auxiliary equipment (check valve, exhaust muffler, lighting, inverter, battery charger, level transducer, dry contacts for SCADA), and all required accessories. The contractor must provide factory‑premised painting, a one‑year parts & labor warranty, spare‑parts list, 24‑hour parts availability, on‑site start‑up, testing, and a half‑day training for city personnel. All work must comply with the detailed specifications (ANSI, API, etc.) and be completed within the contract period.
