VR Training System for Gas Turbine Generator - Pearl Harbor, HI

The Defense Information Systems Agency - Pacific (DISA PAC) is seeking sources for a Virtual Reality (VR) training system for a gas turbine generator. The contractor will develop and build a VR training system using commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) technology, including instructional animations and user-driven VR animations. The system must be compatible with the HTC Vive Focus Vision VR headset and must meet specific requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor will also provide annual software and hardware maintenance for the system. • The contractor must have experience in designing, developing, and delivering virtual training systems. • The contractor must provide a brief capabilities statement package addressing the specific questions in the notice. • The contractor must demonstrate their ability to perform in accordance with FAR clause 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting. • The contractor must provide information regarding any plans to use joint ventures (JVs) or partnering.
