The Garland Independent School District is seeking proposals for the purchase of instructional materials, supplies, testing, and materials. The proposals will be evaluated and ranked based on the best value to the district, considering factors such as purchase price, vendor reputation, quality of goods or services, and the extent to which the goods or services meet the district's needs. The district prefers electronic fund transfer (EFT) as the method of payment, with the option of a check. • The RFP information will be available starting May 22, 2026, at https://oraproddmz.garlandisd.net/. • Interested vendors can request a hard copy of the detailed specifications and technical requirements by emailing [email protected]. • The proposals must be submitted by June 11, 2027, at 10:30 a.m. • The district will evaluate the proposals based on the criteria shown in the solicitation.
