Holiday Lights

The City of Kissimmee and Downtown Kissimmee Community Redevelopment Agency (DKCRA) are seeking a licensed, qualified, and experienced holiday lighting and decorations contractor to provide holiday lighting and decorations in the City of Kissimmee- Downtown Kissimmee CRA Area for the 2026 holiday season. The goal is to create a sense of place and a holiday destination for residents and visitors alike. The contractor will be required to provide two distinct pricing options: traditional decorations to cover all four service areas and a customized approach to include all traditional decorations across service areas plus recommended enhancements within areas 2, Broadway Corridor, and 3, Monument of States and Lakefront Park. • The term of the initial Agreement shall be for the 2026 holiday season. • The DKCRA will retain the option, at its sole discretion, to award up to three (3) renewal periods of one (1) year each. • The contractor will be required to provide holiday lighting and decorations in the City of Kissimmee- Downtown Kissimmee CRA Area. • The contractor will be required to provide two distinct pricing options.
