The City of Doral seeks a qualified contractor to design, supply, install, and execute a full‑scale Fourth of July fireworks display, including a 25‑minute coordinated pyrotechnic‑and‑music show of at least 12,000 rounds launched from a marine barge offshore. The contractor must manage all permitting (FAA, Coast Guard, ATF, etc.), provide on‑site supervision, handle set‑up and post‑event cleanup, and coordinate music synchronization, with the first performance required on July 4 2026 and then annually thereafter. • Provide complete fireworks design, procurement, launch, and cleanup from a barge ~350 ft offshore in Great Egret Lake. • Obtain all required federal, state, and local permits (FAA, Coast Guard, ATF, EPA, etc.) and submit documentation to the City. • Supply a 25‑minute, music‑synchronized display (≥ 12,000 rounds) with continuous firework activity and a grand finale, meeting safety and environmental standards. • Deploy a minimum crew of 1 supervisor and 3 assistants, conduct mandatory pre‑show safety meetings, and perform onsite inspections the day before the event. • Coordinate timeline: setup no later than 3:00 pm on July 4, possible start up to three days early, and complete cleanup immediately after the display.
