R430 - Uniformed Unarmed Security Guard Services - Alaska VA Healthcare System - Fairbanks CBOC - DEPT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS

The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to identify potential sources that can provide uniformed unarmed security guard services at the Alaska VA Healthcare System, Fairbanks CBOC. The services include patrolling the areas around the CBOC Clinics, responding to calls for assistance, and providing escorts for vendors. The contractor will be required to develop a Quality Control Plan and maintain an effective quality control program. The period of performance is expected to be base plus option years 1-4, with the base period starting on 03/01/2027 and ending on 02/29/2028. • The contractor must have a minimum of one year of experience performing security guard duties. • The contractor must have a Security Guard Licensing from the State of Alaska, Department of Public Safety. • The contractor must develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective services. • The contractor must provide a capability statement and other relevant information as specified in the Sources Sought Notice.
