The County of Maui is seeking qualified contractors to execute extensive modifications and upgrades to the Kihei 4 and 5 Wastewater Pump Stations (WWPS) and related facilities. The work encompasses demolition, civil grading, structural repairs, replacement of wet‑well liners, pumps, piping, valves, HVAC, electrical transformers, generators, SCADA system enhancements, building envelope repairs, painting, roof replacement, and associated site utilities. The scope also includes construction of an antenna mast at the Kihei Wastewater Reclamation Facility (WWRF) and full startup, commissioning, and testing services. Bidders must provide a bid bond, performance and payment bonds, and demonstrate licensing, insurance, and compliance with Hawaii labor and safety statutes.
