7630--EBSCO Medical Database Subscription Base Plus Three (3) Option Years

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide EBSCOhost medical and research database subscription services. The contract will be for a base year with three option years. The contractor must provide subscription access to EBSCOhost databases hosted on EBSCO servers, allowing unlimited simultaneous user access for staff, affiliated Community Based Outpatient Clinics, Navy Branch Clinics, and remote users. The contractor must also meet specific performance requirements, including 24/7 availability, minimum 95% uptime, and technical support response within one hour of issue notification. Some key points to consider are: • The contract is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. • The award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) SDVOSB offeror. • The contractor must provide all required proprietary EBSCO databases and meet all uptime, access, response, and compatibility requirements. • The contractor must have recent, relevant experience providing database subscription services. • The contractor must be certified as a SDVOSB in VetCert.
