Fleet Maintenance Mechanic Shop Design

The City of Cheyenne is seeking proposals for the design of a new fleet maintenance mechanic shop. The shop will have approximately 6 bays, plenty of storage, a paint booth, bathrooms, and a small office space. The city is looking for a consulting group to provide qualification statements and service proposals. The project includes extra ventilation for welding, two oil pits, and one lift. The city will reject proposals from firms that do not attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting. • The new mechanic shop will be located at 2731 Old Happy Jack Road, Cheyenne, Wyoming. • The city is looking for a firm to provide detailed design and engineering services. • The proposal must include a technical proposal and a price proposal. • The city will utilize a two-step process for selection through this solicitation. • The selected firm will be required to sign a professional services agreement and provide a Certificate of Insurance.
