The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services is establishing a statewide contract to provide comprehensive background‑screening, electronic fingerprinting, and drug & alcohol testing services to all state agencies, higher‑education institutions, political subdivisions, federal agencies, public‑benefit nonprofits, and federally‑recognized Indian tribes.
