Procurement of 3 SUV's - U.S. Embassy Canberra

The U.S. Embassy in Canberra is seeking to procure three mid-size sport utility vehicles (SUVs) for official transportation. The selected vehicle must meet stringent standards of safety, performance, and comfort. The contractor shall provide a vehicle that adheres to the specified requirements, including a petrol-electric self-charging hybrid powertrain, automatic transmission, right-hand drive, and Australian-compliant features. The contractor must also provide documentation, warranty, and after-sales service. • The vehicle must be a mid-size SUV, new, 2026 model year or newer, petrol-electric self-charging hybrid (non-plug-in configuration), right-hand drive, automatic transmission, Australian-compliant. • The vehicle must have a minimum of features including performance and configuration, exterior and wheels, safety, entry and starting, climate control, interior and seating, and connectivity. • The contractor shall provide documentation, including owner’s manual, warranty information, maintenance schedule, and registration and title documents. • The contractor shall provide a warranty for a minimum period of five years or 100,000 kilometers. • The contractor shall deliver the vehicles within 90 days from the date of contract award.
