Texas A&M University is establishing a five‑year blanket agreement (master order) with a single vendor to supply and install a wide variety of signage across its College Station campus. The contract will cover design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and related services for indoor, outdoor, vehicular, and illuminated signs. Vendors must provide a firm discount off manufacturer list prices, submit a Texas Subcontracting Plan, meet extensive insurance and compliance requirements, and be able to deliver on a “FOB Destination, freight prepaid” basis. The award will be based on best value, considering price, past performance, and compliance with HUB and VetHUB goals.
• Scope includes custom banners, flags, way‑finding, building, traffic, vehicle graphics, LED/illuminated signs, wall/window decals, and related installation services.
• Vendor must hold the required insurance (workers’ comp, commercial general liability, automobile, umbrella) and submit a State of Texas Subcontracting Plan; VetHUB certification is encouraged.
• Bids are submitted electronically via AggieBid (or via email/express mail if necessary) by 19 Oct 2026; the contract term is 5 years with a 30‑day net payment term upon acceptance.
