RFQ 27-02 – Request for Qualifications – Architects

Arkansas State University is seeking qualified architecture and associated engineering design firms to provide full design services for a new nursing simulation building on its main campus in Jonesboro. The scope includes conceptual design, budgeting, construction document preparation, and construction administration. Preference will be given to firms with experience in higher‑education facilities and medical‑education environments. • Deliver conceptual and schematic designs for a new nursing simulation facility. • Produce complete construction documents (drawings, specifications) and cost estimates. • Provide construction administration services throughout the build phase. • Must demonstrate prior experience designing university‑level and medical‑education buildings. • All responses due by 2 p.m. on September 10, 2026.
