DYS POS 2026-06 SPECIALIZED CLINICAL SERVICES RFR

The Department of Youth Services (DYS) is seeking responses from qualified responders to provide Assessment, Treatment, Consultation, and/or Specialized Training services for DYS youth. The services being sought under this RFR include, but may not be limited to: Assessments or Treatment, Psychological Testing and Evaluation, Neuropsychological Testing and Evaluation, Problematic Sexual Behavior/Sex Offense Specific Assessment or Treatment, and Training or Consultation to Deliver Specialized Interventions. • The Department serves five populations of juvenile justice-involved youth: youth diverted prior to formal court processing, youth arrested outside court hours who require a placement prior to their initial court appearance, youth detained awaiting court action, youth committed to the Department for treatment, and formerly committed youth receiving voluntary services. • The Department’s service continuum for committed youth consists of community-based and residential services and support tailored to meet their individual needs. • Clinical services may be delivered in person or virtually as deemed appropriate by the Responder and the DYS Director of Clinical Services. • The Successful Responder will comply with the Prison Rape Elimination Act of 2003 (PREA) and with all applicable PREA Standards and DYS related PREA policies.
