Transitional Residential Home Services at Tustin Family Campus

The County of Orange’s Social Services Agency is seeking a qualified firm to provide Transitional Residential Home (TRH) services at the Tustin Family Campus. The contractor must hold a valid California Transitional Housing Placement Program (THPP) license, have at least five years of relevant experience, and be able to operate within Orange County. The scope includes staffing, program management, resident support services, compliance with federal and state regulations, and coordination with County officials. Proposals must be submitted electronically by September 28, 2026, with questions due by September 11, 2026.
