Conference: BWSR Academy 2027 & 2028

The State of Minnesota is seeking proposals for the 2027 and 2028 Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR) Academy. The purpose of this Solicitation is to establish a contract for a conference that includes meals, lodging rooms, and meeting rooms for approximately 350-420 guests. The conference will be held in Stearns, Crow Wing, Mille Lacs, Douglas, Kandiyohi, or Cass Counties. The proposed contract term is from August 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028, with the option to extend up to an additional 12 months.
