EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM SERVICES

Midlands Technical College is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for its faculty, staff, and their families. The contractor will deliver 24/7 crisis and counseling services, short‑term counseling (up to five sessions per employee per year), legal and financial consultations, management training, addiction/recovery referrals, dependent‑care advice, and quarterly utilization reporting. The contract will run for an initial five‑year term with automatic renewal unless the college provides a 30‑day notice. Proposals must be submitted electronically by the bid opening date, and the award will be posted in early August. • Provide 24/7 crisis response and assessment interviews within 24‑48 hours of request. • Deliver up to five one‑hour counseling sessions per employee per year, plus legal, financial, and child‑care consultations. • Conduct up to four annual workshops, quarterly utilization reports, and optional Critical‑Incident Stress Debriefing services. • Must be a registered South Carolina vendor, submit four electronic files (original and redacted technical and price), and maintain a 30‑day offer hold period.
