Description
The City of Klamath Falls is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for professional architectural‑engineering services to design three new F‑35 munitions facilities at the Crater Lake‑Klamath Regional Airport. The scope includes conceptual and detailed design of a Munitions Maintenance & Inspection Facility, a Munitions Trailer Maintenance Facility, and a Munitions Assembly and Control (MAC) Pad with storage, all on Air National Guard leased land. Proposers must submit their SOQs electronically via the Bid Express portal, and short‑listed firms will be invited to virtual interviews with a selection deadline for draft proposals on August 24, 2026.
