Solid Fill Tires (Re-Bid)

The City of Tacoma is soliciting bids to establish one or more contracts with qualified vendors to fulfill the City’s needs for Solid Fill Tires. The contract will be for a three-year period with the option to renew the contract 2 additional one-year terms. The scope of work includes providing solid fill tires for the public works fleet department. The estimated cost of the contract is $500,000. • The contract will require the vendor to provide a delivery timeline and meet purchase order delivery dates. • The vendor will be required to submit a price proposal form with unit prices and extended prices for each item. • The contract will include a warranty period of at least 3 years for labor and 1 year for parts. • The vendor will be required to comply with the City's insurance requirements and provide proof of insurance coverage. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on price, product quality, and availability.
