Architecture Professional Services Backdrop Term Agreements (2027-2029)

The State University of New York at Oneonta is seeking qualifications from design teams/firms for a Backdrop Term Agreement. This backdrop agreement is for Architecture. The Backdrop Term Consultant Agreement shall be for a three-year (3) term. The maximum cumulative value of consulting services for each agreement will be $3,500,000 and the single project consultant fee limit under each Agreement will be $500,000. There will be four (4) consultants awarded Agreements under this RFQ. Submissions will be electronic. Submissions will be rated on Personnel Qualifications & Experience, Previous Experience with work specific to project scope, Approach & Capability, MWBE Utilization and References.
