• Location: Fresno VA Medical Center, Fresno, CA
• Contract type: SDVOSB set‑aside RFQ (service contract)
• Base period: 10 Oct 2026 – 30 Sep 2027 (12 months) with up to four one‑year options
• Required trainings: 8 modules, each 15‑70 sessions per period, total ~350 sessions annually
• Delivery: Certified OSHA instructors, primarily on‑site; virtual (Microsoft Teams) permitted for most modules
• Reporting: Provide PDF certificates, attendance rosters, competency verification, and hard‑copy deliverables
