Golf Course Marketing Plan RFP

The City of Kingman, Arizona is seeking a Golf Course Marketing Consultant to evaluate the current financial and operational marketing practices at the Cerbat Cliffs golf facility. The consultant will work with the community government, the Golf Leadership Team, and the City to provide recommendations for marketing changes, enhance the service level, and assess the effectiveness of future marketing programs. The scope of work includes reviewing past marketing performance, conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the golf facilities marketing plan, providing an overview of current national and local golf trends, and recommending strategies to increase exposure and revenue. Key tasks and deliverables include: • Evaluating the future viability and profitability of Cerbat Cliffs golf course • Conducting a comprehensive review and evaluation of the golf facilities • Providing an overview of the current national and local golf market • Analyzing the Food and Beverage operations and providing recommendations for maximizing profit and guest satisfaction • Recommending strategies to increase exposure and revenue • Presenting an executive summary and supporting documentation of the recommendations • Providing a final report including detailed analysis and recommendations.
