Work must be performed within 24 hours of a service request, with detailed ticketing, invoicing, and hazardous‑material paperwork. The contract is a one‑year base term with the possibility of two one‑year extensions, requiring the vendor to maintain appropriate licensing, $2 M liability insurance, and registration with state purchasing systems. • Provide “as‑needed” pumping and disposal for a variety of wastewater and oil‑water separation sites. • Respond to service calls within 24 hours and submit service tickets with each job. • Submit per‑gallon pricing for each location; contract may be extended up to three years total.
