YAKIMA COUNTY ELEVATORS PROJECT - RE-BID

The Yakima County Facilities Services Department is seeking a qualified elevator contractor to provide a turn‑key modernization of four county elevators (three traction, one hydraulic) at various county facilities. The scope includes design, removal of existing equipment, supply and installation of new elevators, testing, commissioning, and a comprehensive maintenance agreement covering interim, guarantee and long‑term service periods. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous proposal based on experience, price, schedule, references and an interview. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid site walk‑through on 27 Oct 2026 and submit questions by 30 Oct 2026.
