The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is seeking a vendor to supply a complete roofing system—including 80 mil PVC membrane, insulation, metal coping, adhesives, sealants, and associated accessories—for two buildings (approximately 18,400 sf total) at its Substance Abuse Treatment Facility in Corcoran, CA. CDCR will handle installation; the vendor’s responsibility is to deliver all specified materials, provide a 10‑year full‑system warranty, and submit required submittals and certifications. The solicitation includes a mandatory walk‑through, strict gate‑clearance requirements, and numerous compliance certifications (small‑business, DVBE, Darfur, recycled‑content, civil‑rights, etc.).
