Description
The California Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified roofing contractor to provide annual roof maintenance services for its Inyo‑Kern Resident Post facility. The contractor must perform comprehensive inspections, debris removal, gutter cleaning, and documentation of roof conditions, while complying with all safety, licensing, prevailing‑wage, and insurance requirements. No repair work is funded under this contract; any repairs must be separately procured. The agreement is a three‑year, annual‑payment, “pay‑as‑you‑go” service contract.
